Macs can run all Windows (providing you installed Windows) and Mac software just fine. And when Windows is used with Parallels, if there is ever a problem in Windows it's a simple 1-2 minutes to restore your system to a known working snapshot.

So, I fail to see why you can't run your software on a Mac.
