This tip is a bit easier to appreciate if you see it in the demo file.

I have a similar post on my website at http://www.ellenfinkelstein.com/pptblog/dynamic-transitions-help-you-connect-two-slides/. Just thought I'd mention it.

Thank you! I don't get to talk too much about PowerPoint -- thank you!
I do not have the Dynamic Content transition group in my Gallery. Is it an add-in? I looked through Options and cannot find anything related to this feature. Any advice you can offer is greatly appreciated! (PS - I can hardly wait to try the feature!)

sometimes I just feel so dense . . . the Dynamic Content feature is not available if the file is saved as a .ppt file instead of a .pptx file.

I'm glad you were able to figure out what was wrong -- I might have steered you in a totally different direction. No need to feel dense, I do stuff like that all the time. I think we all do! wink

I recently wrote a blog on a topic similar to what has been discussed here. I wrote about the varied uses for transitions (from slides, to bullet points etc.) and using it in moderation. I touched on the fact that some people overdue it simply because it is available and that its not always the best format to follow. Nicely written blog here, and very informative??? Thank you!
I used PowerPoint 2010 dynamic Transition .It also have many other advanced features which made the work easier.
