gd evening pals!
what do we mean by effective communication? and how does the knowledge of communication process help us in communicating effectively?
it to another without any loss or distortion. The knowledge of communication helps because once we understand that we also understand how a message may be misunderstood or altered in transit. Now do a google search for the rest of the answer to your assignment.
School's been back in here for only about a week. I'll point out that effective written communication requires the mechanics generally accepted for the language being used; i.e., proper capitalization and spelling.

doesn't start for roughly another week and a half
start in early February or late January.
effective communication!
First it involves determining what you want the result of your communication to entail. Then determine who should have this result within what timeframe and what information does the receiver need to 'get the right message'. Consider this from the receivers' point of view, not yours. Then it is possible to craft the specific message, to the right group, at the right time. If you consider the group's needs you should be able to expect a proper response and/or understanding of your message. Don't underestimate that you have to find a way to actually have your message received. You can send information all you want...but if no one receives it and does what you need them to do....then nothing has been accomplished.
and how about if they use a different language?

Hey how about using American Sign Language to speak with a deaf and dumb person from the UK who only understands British Sign Language - which is very different?

What you stated is more about the delivery of a marketing message to an identified market demographic or giving a lecture, both of which are specialised subsets of communication in general.
I don't think there is a male equivalent. Maybe some form of grunting?
