Suse enterprise linux to Novell Open Enterprise Server

Hi

We have Suse Enterprise linux 11 with sp2 functioning as samba domain controller with ldap as password backend. By seeing the features of Novell open enterprise iam interested in this but few doubts

1. Is it possible to migrate from presently running suse enterprise linux sever to the open enterprise server without getting affected to the existing production environment i mean retaining the samba domain controller with ldap accounts.

2. what are the necessary steps to be taken to acheive the above

Please suggest.

Novell OES is an add on which you can install on top of your existing production boxes and add those servers in eDirectory .
