Given the sad history of US companies that have perished after winning huge patent suits, I wonder if the recent ruling isn't the sounding of the death knell for Apple. Not too far fetched, imagine the impact of every oriental country "voting with their millions of feet" away from Apple as payback for damages claimed from Samsung? For my money, I already favour Samsung, but I'm not American and not so easily swayed by fancy-nancy marketing....
