..the best backup/recovery tool is Macrium Reflect, and there's a free version works on both x86/x64 platforms...take a look around....don't push Paragon forcely..it's a peace of **** software...and any software without native x64 code and support is obsolite......stay well with Paragon..
...and the latest version support Windows 8 x64...and you can create Windows enviroment bootable recovery disk (CD)...or USB...
There seems to be a need for a comment by someone who has actually used the program, so here goes:
Easy to use, doesn't allow scheduling and setting default backup options, reasonably fast at imaging, use with Windows 8 File History to help fill the gaps in backing up between major backups with Paragon. I'm looking forward to seeing it incorporated into their more powerful backup software, but as a free utility, this is a no-brainer.

I need to image the whole drive as the article indicates you can do however there are no instructions on how to do that. When I tried to do it using the instructions above I got a error that files were in use.
Doesn't work for disk to disk imaging. Took all day to image and ended up just putting endless dots on the screen. Waste of time.
