Looks crrect ... on the first look
Many (most?) organizations accumulate bad decisions and undone work over years until they go belly up (this is called a life cycle, especially when speaking about software, right?). Thus it is not impossible that the carefully crafted over years business process is a set of work around layers with patched patches. Remembering the proverbial frog that agrees to be boiled in slow heated water, nobody may see that, except a fresh person.

It may be silly to start shouting ideas out without understanding how they are to be implemented, but it may be equally silly to be ungrateful when somebody does that.

In general, there are many good advices on how to get hired, but some do not look like good ideas to me if one is searching a place that will provide her with several satisfying employment years. Some advice is good for those who want to be employed as soon as possible no matter what. Sometimes I even think that those who follow all the advice do not think about employment, but just want to get close enough to their target at no time. Spies? Assassins? Who knows...
