I would hire a systems analyst who understands that the people in a company are always the most important asset. Change is hard. Change is necessary. In most companies, one person does not affect change. It is a process that people must buy into. A good leader looks for ways the people around him can own the solution. The best leader makes it seem like it is their idea.
You want to be the guy that others look at and say, "I'm not sure what he does, but things just seem to work so much better when he is around."
