Most large corporations (and I have worked for some of the largest) and even some smaller ones, are communistic in nature. They want you to "tow the party line" (do what the master tells you) and keep your mouth shut.

You best keep your good ideas/comments/criticisms to yourself. You do not have freedom of speech in a corporation. Or, at least, you will not for very long if you choose to exercise it.
