Is the way that incompetent Managers cause so many of the competent workers to walk out the door and never look back.

They then get a promotion for cutting down the expenses as the weekly wages are now lower but they are not around long enough to see the standards fall so that the company can achieve very little of what they want. That's the next guys problem to solve.
