Report Offensive Message

I expect there is the possibility of malware when buying a PC from a lesser known vendor but I suspect this article is more about MS protecting their revenue stream. There is an extremely easy way to protect against this possibility - just buy a PC without an OS on it.
Hmmm I wonder why MS didn't suggest that?
