I disagree
It is better to move your hands to different positions once a while, ergonomically. Keeping your hands in typing position constantly can be an unhealthy unnecessary strain. The mouse provides not only an 'optional' occasional break from that, but also a very easy way to find what you need to do without having to remember what shortcut you need. Plus why get rid of more options for less?
