Kids at work? Not the best idea.
1. Liability issues.
2. Distracts other employees.
3. Your performance is subpar.
4. If there is a way for something to break, or get screwed up, a kid will find it.
5. If there is no way for something to break, or get screwed up, a kid will invent it.
