Some of the richest self-made people in the world are dyslexic. A friend of mine is a doctor and couldn't spell if it would save his life, yet an excellent doctor. To be a great subject matter expert you don't have to be perfect at spelling. It's a good skill to be able to look through the noise and keep the valuable bits...
Having said that, a spell-check would have helped
