I've allways thought Apple's success was achieved by offering a TQM solution to market, by producing a quality product, that is one giving people what they need, rather than over specing by providing for what they feel they want?

Many surveys justify this approach, by finding that most people never use a large proportion of the features offered on their gadgets.

However, I just can't square the itunes circle into this argument!
