Project plan template from Techrepublic - excel problems

Hello,

I am using the excel project spreadsheet downloaded from TechRepublic but because I deleted some of the columns/dates etc. I get some errors in the "% complete" and "estimated total" and id 5, I thought I could change (mostly expand or delete rows) which I obviously couldn't. Anyone know how to fix?
