Look at all of the parties and getting to hang around the intelligent, high integrity crowd in our District of C. The fantastic places to eat $$$ and the comrads at the local watering hole after work. I can just smell all of the public transit bus diesel fumes now. Why, you could even enroll your kids in the public city schools there and they would get a double education, one from the street smarts as well as the leftist union teachers.
