Same here - we are a mix of Google, 2010, and 2007.
But, we have many suppliers, contractors, etc, that are still on 2003.
We can recommend they plate but cannot force the issue. We do have a program underway to migrate to PDF.
This will mean our Goog users will have to swap to 2010.
