Idea on how to have road warriors scan & fax from anywhere

Hi guys, hopefully someone has conquered this challenge before and can share some tips on how they did it. I have a lot of road warriors who now need to be able to scan and email or sometimes fax. Emailing is the easy part, scanning I'll have to find some letter sized scanner that can fit in a laptop bag, but any thoughts on how a user could fax from their laptop? We don't have an enterprise fax system tied into our email, so it'd have to be something per machine, and hopefully very inexpensive

I'd suggest doing an online search to see if you can find one that fits yours needs.

Thanks OurITLady. There are many out there. Have you had any good or bad experiences with any of them yourself? Or maybe someone else can chime in also if they have used some of these before.
