Good article but...way too simple.
The reason (most) people buckle up is because the authorities will fine them if they don't!
But for those who want to be free, they do the safe thing because it's sensible. They don't wait for, and they don't need, Mommy Government making a law forcing them to do what they should be smart enough to do for themselves.
Something to really, properly scare people into the mindset of thinking about what it was they just typed into that page ... or divulged in their tweet/status update ... or clicked on just now ... or who they gave their email address to ... or what just happened when they ignored that prompt and just clicked Yes/Allow/Go/OK because "it's irritating the out of me" ... and don't even get me started on those stupid 'My Family' stickers ...
