Report Offensive Message

I'm unhappy with the lack to documentation on patches from MS these days.
I'm supposed to make a decision on whether to apply a patch or not, but they
only give me a link to another web site which may/may not actually tell me something.
This is not right. Treat your customers like grown ups and treat them like CUSTOMERS...
