Like most of the world the wireless broadband is based on a per MB charge that is 2.5 times for the basic account level then 5 times for each MB above your monthly limit.

And that doesn't get into the bit about there NOT being a mobile device that will handle my IT needs as there is NOT a 23 inch notebook on the market at a reasonable price and I need the big screen for what I do on a computer.
