I know it's out of date, but most of my clients are small businesses with the "if it isn't broke" mentality. They get new versions of software when they get new machines. Office 2013 is NOT compatible with Exchange 2003. This is going to catch a lot of small businesses by surprise. I'm already letting clients know they need to go ahead & budget for upgrading Exchange.
