Excel has long lacked a ' conditional page break' - every new version has ignored feedback from users. The same applies to 'distance between postcodes'.
OK we have kept up by using macros or VBA programmed functions - MS has our feedback and just ignores it. This undermines their marketing strategy as few of us will move on if we need to 're-invent' our favourite tweaks.
