I'm not a Java programmer, though I once knew enough to write a little and to create a JavaScript adapter for it. I'm wondering if it's possible to write a security app in Java, obfuscate it, and create an adapter to use it with JavaScript apps for sensitive aspects of the program flow. To me, this seems important, given the fact that so many apps are being written for smart phones using JavaScript as the core technology.

Brainstorming... Curious minds want to know.
