End users still have a problem with the UI that has been very similar for a long, long time. Throw something new, no matter how "minimal" and there will be trouble. Any corporation looking to move will have to do a lot of retraining and a lot of companies just aren't willing to do that for next to no reason. Windows 7 will be around in the Enterprise for a very long time is my guess, or at least until BYOD takes over.
