I suspect you meant the USB disc for Windows to Go which is the Operating System on the USB, I suppose the data would have to be on it or another one anyway, but they don't make that all that clear.

It still comes down to how many people will need this type of capability in their daily work, apart from the odd tech using it for diagnostics.
