at all. Network administration? Desktop support with #3? Not here.
There is one very important piece of info missing, where these jobs are and how are they concentrated. I can tell you there is not much of any of this in SW FL.
I have 2 of the 3 lowest paying Cisco certifications and don't make anywhere near what they say the median salary is. I am a network engineer and don't make close to what the average salary is supposed to be, nor do I know anyone with the same expertise and knowledge that I have making that much. I am in Michigan, maybe I need to move lol. I even put in place run our hosted phone system with 2000 handsets.

I was born and raised in Lansing. Now live in Houston. Have been in the IT industry for 18+ years. Move to Texas. Lots of good tech jobs here and most pay within the salary ranges listed in the article - assuming one meets the education, experience and certification requirements. As a an added bonus, no more shoveling snow! happy
