...the IT dept is usually the one place where ******** meets reality, because the executive people come up with some sort of flawed idea, they're surrounded by yes men who agree with them, then it filters down to IT who have to point out all the problems with it. So IT gets the reputation of being the dept. of "no" but usually for a good reason.
