Do you hate everything?
This article describes my feelings/emotions about my work to a "T"...at least how I've felt over the last two months. It seems that every little things gets on my nerves. I've been in the workplace for over 33 years. I am very aware that I'm complaining about a lot of stuff. I've done much better this week. So, reading this article was quite timely for me. However, in my opinion, the author really didn't address "real" solutions to the problem.

Telling someone to "Try to get out of the habit" is like telling an alcoholic they should "try" to give up drinking. That's a drastic analogy but I think it holds true.

I'm very aware of my current state and I've decided I want to change. It would help if there were somewhat of a roadmap of concrete tasks to practice or execute.
