Report Offensive Message

No I got the upgrade that came with the computer. I downloaded it when Microsoft offered it to me. I tried both the desktop and the DVD install and they both failed. I don't understand why HP would offer the upgrade for this computer model knowing that there would be incompatible hardware. Software maybe.
