What about Cisco's free Jabber video client?
Where's Skype in this list?

It's free
Multiplatform (including mobile OSes)
And ubiquitous (everyone I connect with prefers it)

Hey buddy! Nice info you have given here. Try Peoplelink Video Conferencing Service. It is worthy about cost and services.

Here is a new one. It's called Reflap and it allows you to video chat with friends for free, group chat with friends and receive calls too. All for free and it can be used by non Reflap users as well.
