Late 90s up to the dotcom becoming dotwot, it was a nightmare. Wheels came off big style and we got the blame for that as well.

The boys spouting this stuff then and now conveniently forget a key point. They are the ones in charge, if your IT is doing something else other than facilitating doing business, you are letting them. Why?
