Youll use the Add features to Windows 8 tool...
...in the Control Panel to upgrade standard Windows 8 to Windows 8 Pro and yes Windows Media Center will come with it. The upgrade should still be $69, but the offer ends Jan 31. See this page on the Microsoft Windows site for more details:
