I've not found this to be highly valued by employers.
I'm still hoping to find one who describes the goal and allows the indenpendance of thought, and action, to solve the problem without further instruction.
Too often 'attitude' and a personality are much more important than independent, analytical intelligence and problem solving. Perceiving, and pointing out, possible problems is seen as a negative attitude.
Sorry, but I came here to work, NOT to socialize, or to feed your ego.
