I got frustrated that I clicked another link that seemed would be about tools tech pros would use, like AD administrative apps, or remote access apps, or something I as a developer would use in my dev work rather than generic apps, and it wasn't what I was expecting.

Been on a bit of a "crusade" lately on the subject of titles matching the content after clicking many links, here and elsewhere, and finding they aren't what they appear to me to be. It just annoys when it happens over and over.
