...in the UK and I have heard from others that overseas orders are taking longer than US orders. However, I agree that 72 hours is an even more outrageously long time to wait for electronic processing--especially in this day and age.
Something that I didn't point out in the article, but after reading the fine print, I discovered that Microsoft isn't processing these orders. Instead MS states that "Catalysis Corporation is a third-party company we use to collect subscription information and process the delivery of these emails."
If you check out the company Web site (
http://www.catalysis.com/) it doesn't appear that this is their specialty and that they are either overwhelmed or extremely slow in their processing methods
