I don't use this on iPad, but use it on my PC to organize materials for a professional course I'm taking while working. I also use CapturetoCloud to pull together schedules, safety information, holiday hours and operating instructions for my work team. Everybody just logs in with their Google username to view everything. The team also leaves me questions in the conversation mode. We make food products so we always have a lot of new regulations and rules to keep up with.
