I guess there's always room for yet another offering to choose from, but Evernote Web Clipper has been doing this for years with Firefox and Chrome extensions. They've got like 50 million users, and a muuuuch deeper feature set (like OCR and index all images automatically, translate audio, and a whole ecosystem of partners adding value) so they have it figured out pretty well.
And now with the AlwaysOnPC app you can use Chrome with Evernote Web Clipper Extension directly from your iPad...
I wish them luck, but capture-to-cloue feels like 'another (not necessarily better) mousetrap' (albeit with a name that contains the over-used buzzword of cloud in it...)
