I have been using many free apps out there. The only bad thing is they limit you to send how much in one day. Basically you only have to download a few apps Scanner type and you can use them and basically there are almost no restrictions at all, for free .

HelloSign and FaxOrama are the one I use. FaxOrama can send it as fax as well, free twice a day 5 pages max per fax. Pretty convenient and very accurate.
