Charles, the case is NOT about discussing unions, but about badmouthing the
company on a social media website while on company time. First, they have NO right to be on a social media website while on company time, so why is it an issue that they aren't allowed to say anything bad until after they leave work?

The matter is nothing to do with unionising or discussing union rules at all, but about making adverse comments on a public forum that's nothing to do with your work on company time.
