As I understand it, the First Amendment only applies to Gov't censorship. Any leverage anyone else may or may not have on you is not covered in the amendment.

As far as tax breaks, subsidies, etc..., they are not served up with any clauses nationalizing the business in question, in part or in whole. Maybe they "should" be, but there is that word again...
