The dual monitors setup was a surprise to me as well but then thought about it and that would be a typical function of Windows to to by default. Display expand instead of clone.
But seeing how most users wont have a dual display setup. This was actually a great find, so great that I have implemented it on a few Win8 boxes of users who dont like the titles being displayed upon login. They will be ecstatic once I explain what I did after I get the call from them stating that Win8 is broken in the morning.
This could also turn out to be uses as a good prank.
