As I read through this article, I started taking notes. No the ideas are not new but sometimes especially at this time of year it's good to stop and reflect on how ones career opportunities are advancing. I have a lazy "Performance Journal" a file where I put paperwork on completed projects. Sometimes I write post it notes on what I can do better. Now, I'm thinking I need to link these two activities in a more effective way.
