Centralize project management and collaboration with Central Desktop

This is 2012 (almost 2013) not 2000. While it seems no one has figured out the best or most flexible arrangement for this time of SaaS, one day I hope someone will. You either take a hit on file storage space and get charged premiums for that, take a hit on user price, or functions are on a diet.

For me, this tool seems to be too complex. I think it could distract me from work. I prefer simplicity. I recommend you Kanban Tool (http://kanbantool.com/) - a smart SasS for organizing, sharing, collaborating and analyzing workflow. I use it myself.
