Quite a disappointment at times. A table with the same column structure and indexes is completely different because a different username owns it between the two databases. Makes the migration and comparison rather useless.
Which product are you talking about?
Actually started with an earlier version and upgraded to this. I ended up downloading a tool from Redgate that did the comparison properly.
