I have to agree, I believe us IT guys need to get out a little more and be social. That is one of my resolutions is to give more face time to family and friends as well as get out more.

Learn Ethics and morals.

Find a way to work with ethics and morals within your company / agency and if you can't make it work, consider another career.

The end does not justify the means.

Uhhh..isn't this the same pub that says if you don't work weekends and holidays you're in the wrong field? Every place I've ever worked (long time in the industry) all projects and migrations go on during holidays. How 'bout a damn vacation.
