I wanted to like it
but I just couldn't. When it was time for an upgrade from my Droid 2, I decided to go with the HTC 8X. I thought the live tiles weren't anymore helpful than just clicking an Android icon and looking at a program. I didn't think program, file, and settings syncing was any better than what I had gotten with my Android device. I found the phone, overall more difficult to use than previous phones. Granted it's a new ecosystem, but the windows store didn't seem to have a lot of great native english apps for what I used (I found a ton of foreign developed apps). I gave it a solid 13 days of use and testing, but on the last possible day, I decided to take it back to the store an exchange it for a Samsung Galaxy S3, which I loved immediately. I still don't regret the decision
