I agree with all of this but for one small part ..

I would not emphasize the open source, but definitely the framework that will actually limit/define the components of the framework. Current open source is too fragmented - leading to a drain of capability (IP?) within an enterprise.

And I would be interested the key metrics of the business model you would recommend..
