Nice tutorial. everything worked until I got to step 31. The only "Control Toolbox" I could find was on the Developer tab and it had Forms Controls and Active-X Controls. Using an Active-X control, I was never prompted for a form name as implied in step 37 (or step 40 or step 43.

I am using Excel2007 on Windows 7.All updates and patches are current.

Got any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
